Servida
Products Cables
CBLSV1, CBLSV2, CBLSVA1,
CBLPWRCOM
and CBLIO
The CBLSV1 is a Y configuration cable supplying
DC power and communications to series SV17, SV23 and SV34 Servida
Motors. CBLSV1 cables are designed with the following connectors:
9 pin female D-sub that is compatible with the serial port of PC’s,
7 pin Servida Motor communications D-sub and PS-Series power supply.
The CBLSVA1 is applicable to series SV42 and SV56 Servida
Motors. The CBLSVA1 is designed with the following connections,
24 pin Military Style Servida Motor communications connector, 9
pin female D-sub that is compatible with the serial port of PC’s
along with “flying leads” for various I/O interface.
Add the suffix –10 to either CBLSV1 or CBLSVA1 for the standard
size of 10 ft (3m).
A reliable single axis cable is an important development tool for
the Servida Motor. RS-232 communications are generally restricted
to low noise environments and leg distances of less than 100 ft
(30m). CBLSV cables are shielded for maximum performance.
The CBLSV2 is the equivalent configuration for RS485ISO cascade
cable.
For custom cable lengths, add either the suffix –x or –x-y-z, where
x= number of feet between host and Servida Motor; y=number of Servida
Motors on cable and z=distance between each Servida Motor. The CBLSV1-10
is also supplied as part of the SVDEVPACK.
The CBLPWRCOM and CBLIO flying lead cables are available
for both the 15 pin I/O and 7 pin combination power and communication
connectors. The cables come with pigtails which allow for easy wiring
to peripherals and terminal blocks. The backshell is fully molded
for reliability in environments where flexing is present. Both are
high-flex servo-rated.
The connectors are fully molded with thumb-screws for ease of assembly
and maintenance. Add the suffix -3m, -5m, or -10m for standard lengths
of 3, 5, or 10 meters, respectively.
The CBLPWRCOM has a female, 7 pin, D-sub connector to pigtail.
These cables are compatible with series SV1720, SV23, SV23D, SV34
and SV34D Servida Motors.
The CBLIO cable has a 15 pin, D-sub male connector to pigtail.
These cables are compatible with series SV23D and SV34D Servida
Motors.
